My friend and I were wanting something cold to drink and we saw Rogers chocolates soda shoppe on the corner. Our eyes got really big and thought we would run in, okay we walked into this soda shoppe.

We thought the store was cute, very bright, not too busy and you can order in or take out. We saw people enjoying sundae's, milkshakes and everyone was having a great experience. We were sold after looking at the menu, and I ordered a Malt, and my friend had Milkshake.

We found the staff friendly and the wait didn't take to long on this busy corner. I loved my malt, it brought back childhood memories and wanted to live there, but I did have to go back home. My friend, her eyes got really good, and heard delicious, very good as she enjoyed her chocolate milkshake.

This was hit with the both of us, a great location with all the people who walk along Government St and I think it will be hit to the people in Victoria.

Very lovely place with a beautiful view of the Victoria harbour. I can see this place being packed during the summer. The menu looked delicious with wonderful sundae, milkshake and float concoctions. Had a sundae called something "sneaker" I think- vanilla and chocolate ice with caramel and pecans. Yum yum. Ironically, the Rogers chocolates that were placed on the sundae were my least favourite part. Overall, nice experience, but very expensive- sundaes were $8-9, floats and milkshakes $5-6.

I'd had my eye on this place for a while before I finally got a chance to try it, so naturally I was expecting quite a bit. The location, the decor, the menu; everything is so very cute, and I love the concept. The staff wear little uniforms with hats & bowties, all which add to the overall experience. I shared some sort of ice cream concoction with a friend, and we were definitely not disappointed. While the prices are a little steep (it's what you pay for eating in the tourist areas, I suppose), I'll definitely be returning to try the other mouth-watering items on the menu.
