Went to this restaurant for beef noodle on a Sunday and was disappointed beyond words. With only 4 tables occupied tables, I waited 75 minutes for my bowl of large standard beef noodle. Noodle was cold and soggy, with 3 pieces of ~2x2x2 beef. Serving was ridiculously small for my "large order" for the bowl was emptied of noodles after 3 pick-up's with the chopsticks. Good thing was the traumatizing ingestion experience finished in less than 1 minute.

The three waitresses serving 4 tables were beyond subpar - you see them running from 1 end of the room to the other end and nothing gets done. I asked one to follow-up on my missing order after 50 minutes but there was no sign of any follow-up. My tea cup that came with seating self-dried enough to see cracks at the bottom of cup.

I did give a solid 3 for its ambiance as I felt that to be a fair assessment, but otherwise, it gets a 1-poor for product, kitchen efficiency, service and value.

As 2012 comes to an end, I have to say this is the worst dining experience I've had this year. A definite F. Maybe F- if there's such a score.
