This Japa Dog is situated outside Waterfront Station. Japa Dog offers a creative and uniquely Japanese take on the classic hot dog. Sample the Terimayo which is smothered in Japanese mayo, nori, teriyaki sauce, and fried onions, the Oroshi is a bratwurst laden with special soy sauce, green onions, and daikon, Misomayo is turkey smokie laden with special miso sauce, Kaiware, and Japanese mayo and many more.
As a huge fan of Japadog, I was looking forward to trying the special hotdog specific to this location. Unfortunately, they were out of the Ebi (shrimp) japadog. This forced me to try the Gokudare and Negamiso dogs. Both were not as exciting as the other special japadogs offered at their other locations (such as the kimchi, croquette, etc). They ended up tasting the same after a while, and did not have such distinguishing features like some of the others. Don't get me wrong, they were still good, but I think the waterfront location of Japadog is best for it's original dogs: the Terimayo and Oroshi options.
