They have to re train their staff and teach them to be clean and not mess up with the food.

I have gone to the Tim Hurtons on Yonge and Broadway for a long time. The people greet you but they are not clean in their appearance. One guy has a dirty nose one time and was cleaning it, I made a report but that did not change it. Then a man who helps on weekends and dresses in blue as he is one who helps clean the place, does not wash hands to handle coffee to people. The men scratch themselves and then help you. I avoid them helping me anymore, they have a new girl who has a mole on her face. she is new. I asked to please have a coffee and a croissant, I did pay in cash and said thank you to her, instead of giving me my coffee and croissant, she took a croissant in a bag. went to the back, stayed there and after a minute a guy came to take over, I am not sure he was told to help me as I had to tell him I had paid and was waiting for my coffee and croissant and that the person just took off. He gave me my coffee and suddenly she came back with the bag and the croissant but I did not take it at all. I told him to please give me my croissant so he gave me a new one. I told him she went to the back and I had no idea what had happened when she took it there. She said nothing but I am sure she went to the back to do something to it. I do not appreciate this from this people, I always say please and thank you, I am never rude to them. The fact that she took it with her and left me just there and came back with it clearly states she did something to it. If this people have issues with other costumers they should do it to them not to the next person. I will not go there until the owners do something about this people. I do not report them there as I do not wish nobody to lose their jobs, we all need them but they need warning and to be trained properly. It is not a good feeling to go in and know they are going to handle the food we pay for this way at all. It is gross.
