I came in to order 2 subs and there was only 1 staff member working but 7 people ordering; took forever due to understaffing.

The staff member (female) wore the same gloves to prepare ALL 7 people's sandwiches, all the while touching below waist level cabinets, handles and oven doors and cash register with out changing them ONCE!

She proceeded to take our order and changed her gloves before starting my sandwiches because I asked her to do so! Then she turned and bent down to the floor behind counter to open and close a door and then stood up and grabbed a dirty cloth that she wiped the counter with and she proceeded to touch buttons and oven doors and toast the sub buns. She then asked what toppings do you want? I asked her to please change her gloves again and she refused asking why. I explained why and she mocked me with attitude asking howany times should she change the gloves during the process...10? I answered simply if you touch anything below your waste level it's dirty and unhygienic, according to health standards. Furthermore, I explained if you are touching other objexts/surfaces that are contaminated you should change gloves before you prepare food. I don't want to get sick. She refused to change her gloves or remake the sandwiches and asked me to leave.

I told her I would be reporting this and she laughed and said "stupid white girl, the owner is my family but go ahead and see if he cares."

She handed me a piece of paper with the name Patel on it and laughed at me as I walked out of the restaurant.
