I have eaten here before and it was not as bad but never very good either. This time it was pretty well inedible. Maybe with spring break and no high school kids coming in to remove some of the food they just let it sit there and dry up. We threw most of it out after trying to stomach it. The fried rice that I ordered with it was easily the worst I've ever eaten, bar none. The guy serving couldn't put his phone down and some luckier potential customers walked away when they couldn't order. Should of clued in and walked away as well. The other place that serves soup and congee is always good and I normally order from them and will be from now on. Lesson learned.
