They offer amazing, delectable sweets that are low in sugar and taste incredible. The sweets are always fresh, divine and taste amazing. They also carry delicious bengali items which are hard to find in surrey. They have excellent customer service and the restaurant is always clean.

Indian food is made in less oil but still tastes amazing.

They're south indian food is to die for. My favourites are the noodles and paneer manchurian. I also love their wide variety of dosas.
Very authentic sweets and food, highly recommended it

The mithai sweets at Basant sweets are just awesome. The food is okay to good. Service was good. Ambience is okay and since it is new it is reasonably clean.

will go again to this place to eat. Payal buisness center has bloomed into such a good place to go.

- Kachori - awesome

Not bad

First time there. First thing to say it is very clean for a typical Indian.

Didn't really try any of their sweets except for the Kulfi which was very good so maybe the sweet side of things is their forte.

The South Indian stuff - Dosa, Idli, Vada etc were not bad at all - perfectly passable though have had much better South Indian.

The North Indian food - pakoras, samosas, chole batura etc were perfectly fine and not particularly oily which was good - again passable but not outstanding in any way.

The Chinese stuff was really poor - The Gobi and Paneer Manchurian possibly the worst I've ever had in my life - so sour. The Tamarind rice wasn't much better. The noodles were so so. Maybe the Chinese food is supposed to be on the sour side but think they have got it wrong with their sauces as it seemed over vinegary.

Service and courtesy very good and the waitress was forever smiling which was nice. So overall I'd say ok but I'd avoid the Chinese side of the menu if returning.
