Wonderful dining experience

We always have wonderful service at the Keg, no matter the location. The place was extremely busy but the waitress spent time catering to our needs and never had to ask if we'd like refills. The food was excellent and we had an enjoyable time. Just wish you didn't have to pay extra for the veggies with a meal...

Horrible service, mediocre food

We visited the restaurant tonight; wasn't overly busy when we went. Informed the waitress of life-threatening food allergies to milk and she looked quite bothered to have to ask chefs about particular menu items. Didn't bring steak sauce with order, didn't ask how dinner was, didn't offer more drinks, brought milk-containing bread and BUTTER to the table even after we explained the allergies. Tip for her = $0. Food was not anything more than any chain restaurant, but bill was a lot more than that. Never going to set foot in there again.
