This was my first time dining at this restaurant. It was very busy, we waited for a long time to have our fish & chips. But once the fish & chips arrived, I knew they were freshly done. It was hot and sizzling. The waitress was very nice.

But there was only one thing that I want to say. While we were waiting. There was a man seemed to be the owner or the manager of the restaurant. He was runing around apologying to people who are waiting for the food. We've waited longer than those people, but he left us out. Never came to our table and said anything... We were the only asian customers at that time. I don't know if it was because we were quite and waiting patiently, so he think that we don't care the wait? I don't mind the waiting for the food, but if he only left us out, that didn't make me feel good. And it didn't make us look good.....

Other than that, the food was great! The waitress was excellent! She made sure we have enough water, and she was so friendly.
