All you can eat heaven; 5 star quality
Submitted Wednesday, May 28, 2008 - 4:57pm [Dine in]

Upon visiting Ninkazu Japanese restaurant on the weekend for dinner had left me speechless. My relatives referred me to this restaurant as I was in doubt on how an Japanese all you can eat restaurant can be as I recently been to Tomokazu in Vancouver as the experience in wasn't that great.

In addition to my relatives recommendations I also read reviews for this restaurant. I can tell everybody that I can confirm those reviews and that this restaurant is that damn good!!!

The management in this restaurant certainly know what they are doing. The food here is tremendous as my recommendations include yakitori which has delightful amount of spices, the chicken teriyaki had crispy skin, the Unagi sushi came out hot and tasty. One of the sushi chefs had a missing tooth which he probably had too much sushi when he was younger.

Service was a big plus. I never had a empty cup of tea nor did I have any dirty dishes ever on the table. Some nice recommendations were given. For all you can eat its 5 star quality.

The restaurant is clean; with a perfect view with large windows. I sat 2 rows away from the windows and still had a view. I am willing to drive here from Vancouver for this restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Decent but nothing more
Submitted Wednesday, May 28, 2008 - 4:30pm [Dine in]

Richmond Sushi used to be Richmonds finest all you can eat Japanese Restaurant. My God how times change. The food no longer can cut it and price has gone to a major inflation. Quality goes down while the price goes up. The service is decent at most. Food comes out quick as they slam out dishes onto the table and leave. Waitresses and managers just don't care. I will make the appearance back but I won't come as much as I used to.

We come here for dim sum because of the quality, the service could is quite decent, and there is usually a wait for a table so reservations are highly recommended!

Some of my recommendations are the pork and shrimp dumplings and the phoenix claws it has thin layers of gold leaves on top and shrimp mayo salad. The restaurant is quite huge and is quite busy. Ambiance is quite nice

Good Authentic Sichuan Spicy Food
Submitted Wednesday, May 28, 2008 - 4:14pm [Dine in]

A friend recommended me to this place and it is one of the most authentic Sichuan food. Try the spicy oil fish as it is one of the signature dishes as is the cumin lamb meat. The place is located in Crystal mall burnaby usually quite busy. The service is decent as I have nothing to complain about. The main thing is that you get what you need. I will certainly be returning.
