After "oooingg and ahhing" through the window of Feenies at the beautiful atmosphere, I decided to finally dine here. I absolutely love food and have been in the industry my whole life. I found myself boggled at what to order, I could not seem to find a dish that appeared delicious. I finally settled for the "famous" burger. I already knew I was in for a bad experience when I got all dressed up for a romantic evening and resorted to ordering a burger!! The burger however was tasty...but not nearly as tasty as the ever most friendly neighbours at 'Modern Burger'... at half the price!
The service was annoying, some girl that kept asking us every 5 mins if we wanted another beverage and if everyything was ok" She had no knowledge of the menu either. Any question I had she had to "check up on it". I guess she was hired on appearance only.
I would rather spend my money on better food and better service somewhere else.

I love Italian food more than any other, so I decided to try Chianti Cafe based solely on reviews from dinehere.ca. I was disappointed from the pasta dishes. I had an Alfredo and my boyfriend had some pasta with a marinara sauce. They were poor quality. No flavor, sticky noodles.
The ambiance was nothing great, surely no place for a romantic evening.
The service was satisfying. Very polite and eager to please.
I may try this place one last time because somehow I believe its better than what I experienced.
