My opinion is very different from the previous one...
I find the portions on the small side... They show pictures of their pasta dishes on a TV screen in the restaurant, but the real thing looks nothing like the picture. That's somewhat expected, but the real thing is way smaller.
Also, yes I know they're selling no MSG and "healthy" cooking, but that's really no excuse for the basically tasteless pasta.
It tastes more like amateur cooking, something anyone could cook up in their kitchen. I would definitely not be willing to spend at least 7$ for a dish that tastes worse than family cooking.

Sanitation Problems

I was there with my parents, and when we finished our tea we asked them to refill it for us.
Then my mom poured some tea for me, and I was just about to drink it when I saw a gum wrapper floating around in my cup. I know it came from the teapot since it wasn't there before.
I was extremely disgusted and asked the manager to come over. He looked at it and was like "Oh. I'll get you another pot." No apology. No explanation.
It was one of my worst experiences ever. Now everytime my friends suggest a dinner there, I tell them this story and I don't plan on going there again.

Worst Service Ever

We went there for a friend's birthday and we had a table of about 12 people. The sashimi was frozen, and the type/amount of food we ordered was not the food we got.
One of our friends brought 2 bottles of alcohol to mix a drink for the birthday boy, then when this manager person saw, he told us that the restaurant charges a fee for drinking self-brought alcohol. But then he said that he wouldn't charge us if we didn't open the 2nd bottle.
When the bill came, we found out that he did in fact charge us the fee. We asked about it and he said "I told you I would charge you for the one you already opened, but not the one you have not opened." We were so pissed off, so we decided to leave only 2$ tip when we had a $200 meal. Then the manager chased after us and started asking (VERY LOUDLY) in a very bad attitude "I want to ask you WHY you only gave us 2$ tips." One of my friends said "Well your sashimi was frozen, and..." Then the manager cut him off and went, "OKOK WHATEVER" and walked away.
We haven't been back there since.
