We've been enjoying Pelagos food & service since it opened. We're regular customers who think the food is outstanding. We have eaten Greek food in Greece on many an occasion. Pelagos food matches any we have had in Greece. The staff has changed over time but we've often commented on how the wait staff have always been knowlegable, pleasant, efficent & friendly. (We jokingly have said there must be a mold in the back as it's unusual to always have such nice waiters.) We return frequently as the food is good but the staff are so pleasant that it makes dining out fun. The view is spectacular in all seasons therfore it enhances the dining experience.
