If only the food and drinks they serve in The Eatery (the restaurant) was organic as they imply. Our waitress told us that all drinks were all certified organic, and I had to go out into the store and point out to her that NONE of the bottles or cans of juice and pop that are offered on the menu are organic. The ketchup is Heinz (!) and is served in little plastic cups on each plate! I emailed the owner over a month ago, and asked why this is the case, but I have not received a reply.
