I was really happy with the service. The hostess and waiter were all very profesional and friendly. I hardly encounter respect from restaurant workers, as they usualy are in a bad mood or they act snotty.

I ordered the Sirloin Oscar which was superb! If you are a fan of The Keg, then you will love this place. Perhaps better then The Keg, because the steak was cooked to perfection! The Keg always gets my steak wrong, as medium well seems hard for them to do!

The ambiance was really trendy and romantic. The place was clean and the lighting was perfectly dim, where you can still see your food.

I would recommend this place to everyone!

My husband made us reservations here for my birthday. I have to say, I thougt I was sitting in a very old fashioned place and that the food would suck. They even made caeser salad at the table, which was odd. Its not like it's required a blow torch or anything worth perforrming for.

I had there salmon appetizer, which was great. The twice baked potato was so good, when I think of this place, that is what I remember most.

It is on the pricey side, considering the place is so old school in it's ways. They need to make it a little more affordable because the food is not THAT gourmet for the price it displays.

This place shows you fresh foods in the menu, but everything comes out burnt, over cooked, or just plain gross.

I was better off cooking at home. They served my 3 year old burnt food, who does that?

I suggest this franchise is a good place to take kids, and should really start looking into fresh foods, and less into frozen foods.

I went there a couple of weeks ago for the buffet.

My husband ordered the buffet with the meat for a additional $2. they served him butter chicken, that looked like a cup of water had been put in. I think they keep a seperate pot for the buffet meat that is watered down and cheap.

We considered them to have one of the best butter chicken, but now...thumbs down.

BTW- Just because it is a buffet, it does not mean that you keep old food in there and keep piling the new food in...yuk I found old withered panir mixed in with the fresh one.

I went to this restaurant for the first time, for the all you can eat buffet. They waiter sat us at one of the private booths which was really nice, except we had to take our shoes off, and the floors were ice cold. I was wearing high heels, so no socks on :(

I was quite content with the fact that the pop was included in the buffet. We ordered a small amount at first, just to see what we liked best. We ordered mostly sushi containing salmon.

I just really got into the whole salmon sashimi thing without getting a gag reflex, and now enjoy raw fish very much.

After eating the sushi, I spit out two scales. This made me want to throw up!!!!

I thought I would ignore it, so I overcame my disgust and tried an Alaska roll, and low and behold, there were more scales in my mouth!

Are you kidding me? Do you not wash your fish after you descale and filet it? You are a sushi restaurant!!

I have been to many a "holes" in the wall sushi places, and never encountered this. There was this one sushi restaurant in Gastown that purposely put hair in my sushi for not tipping them last time I went, but that was 8 years ago.

I would only go back out of sheer desperation for sushi buffet, otherwise this was the first and last Scaly Fish on Rice!!
