Hole in the wall... but GREAT food
Submitted Friday, March 11, 2011 - 2:10pm [Dine in]

been here a few times for lunch and meant to get this up sooner.
To walk by this place you would not think it was a restaurant, lots of take out (duck, pork etc.) in the window.

You get in and are IMMEDIATELY greeted by one of the friendly staff.
Tea is brought to the table quickly.

So far the best thing I have tried here are the different noodle/wonton/dumpling soups with combination of the meats you see hanging on display.
Your choice of BBQ pork, crispy pork, duck, soy chicken.
Every soup we have tried has been fantastic and a bargain.

If you order the lettuce wraps be warned, the can feed 3 or 4 people, my friend and I ordered one each... HUGE serving of fresh cut lettuce and a massive plate of filling.

The honeybuns are amazing as well.

HIGHLY recommended.

Poor NoodleBox rip
Submitted Friday, February 11, 2011 - 11:51am [Dine in]

My daughter and I enjoy Asian food, so one day in Langford we decided to give Wok Box a go.
The menu is odd, not very descriptive of the dishes, but we fumbled through and ordered a Szechuan box and appy's.
Another couple came in shortly after us and ordered, the lone person behind the counter proceeded to prepare their orders first...
Getting the large bowl of noodles and appy's we returned to our table to eat.
The samosa's were alright, frozen refreid at best with a generic dipping sauce.
The Szechuan Pepper dish was very disappointing, flavorless and really not a lot of veg or meat.
We will not be returning any time soon.

New Indian food place - OUTSTANDING
Submitted Monday, October 25, 2010 - 2:34pm [Dine in]

my co-workers and I are always on the lookout for a new place for lunch when mention of a new Indian joint came up. In the old Seoul Kitchen location, Real Taste of India offers an inexpensive buffet ($11.99) lunch that was surprisingly good.
We were shown to a table immediately on arrival and informed a few more dishes were to be placed in the buffet shortly (we arrived about 11:45)
After a short wait and the attentive waitress bringing water we went to check it out.
Rice, Tandoori Chicken, veggies, popadums, pakora, and 3 different curries (one veggie) as well as salad and sides were presented well. The food was AMAZING.
Great bargain, great service and a very nice place. We will add it to the list of places to return.
