We usually go here for special occasions because greek food is very filling. We generally overeat when we go to Kerkis. We start off with some calamari and have souvlaki for our main entree. I usually have the chicken souvlaki, which is well-marinated. I like how they take the meat off the stick. The side veggies are always good, too. The service is pretty good. The restaurant is romantic and warm. Perhaps because this restaurant is further along fourth avenue and close to Alma, it is not super busy. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go out for a nice dinner, and likes greek food. I would recommend trying any of the seafood dishes, too.
...to relax with a coffee and panini. This coffee shop attracts a diversity of people and is often very lively. It's a definately a good place to go with friends and familu. The service is friendly and quick. The paninis are delicious. And, the lattes are strong and flavourful. The price is right. I would highly recommend this place.
I enjoy the experience and the food at this small sushi restaurant. It staff are welcoming and the sushi is fresh and delicious. My favourites are the salmon sashimi and No. 18 roll (deep-fried rolls). You can either sit at the bar or in one of the tables. I like to sit at the bar and watch the sushi being made.
Although, the ambience at this restaurant is excellent, the service quality did not match. I had no complaints about the food, it was decent and of good value. There is definately lots to choose from the menu, as well. I don't think I will return though because I think small restaurants should be more friendly and courteous.
