Do not waste your money here!

My husband and I have driven by this restaurant many times and finally decided to give it a try. Boy were we disappointed! We sat down on the hard chairs and were constantly disturbed by the owner's kids who were opening the door and leaving it open with no regard for anyone in the restaurant. The evenings are cold these days and it was just annoying.

We ordered the chicken teriyaki and an assortment of sushi. The sushi rice was cold and a bit hard. The rolls had very little taste and seemed to have been refrigerated for some time versus being freshly made. The nigiri sushi was a bit better as those seemed to be fresh. After our sushi came, we waited a long time for our chicken teriyaki. When it came, it did not taste anything like true teriyaki. The sauce on the chicken was thick and yellowy...more of a Chinese style sauce, but definitely not teriyaki! It has very little flavour and the chicken was very fatty as well. All in all, we spent over $20 for dinner and it just seemed like a total waste of money on poor quality food.

The servers were friendly enough, but there is very little personality in this restaurant. The tables and chairs are not very inviting and not very comfortable at all. We ate our sushi off of plastic containers...you would think they could at least let us have decent plates! All in all, it was a very overwhelming thumbs down for us. Let's just say that we will not be dining her again.

Don't bother with the pasta if you decide to come to this restaurant!

My coworkers and I decided to check this place out for lunch a couple of weeks ago. The place looked great when we arrived, but we ended up being disappointed on our way out.

Our server was quite helpful initially when we all decided on our lunches. Most of us ordered pasta and one had the lunch special panini. Two of us had ordered the lunch special pasta and had decided to go with the half order size as we were told that the full order was quite large. The special that day was a fusili with chicken in a creamy rosee sauce. Our half orders arrived on plates that were smaller than an average dinner plate. One description is that it looked like someone had just piled some hamburger helper onto the plate. And this dish was supposed to come with chicken. My plate came with a few tiny chunks of chicken and the serving was so small and the taste really was nothing to write home about. We felt it was definitely not worth the $10.95 for such a small serving of pasta with so little meat. One of our party ordered the full order of pasta with seafood and at least this dish was served to look better, but she said the creamy sauce it was served with was pretty bland. I think the only person who actually enjoyed lunch was the one who ordered the panini!

None of us had ordered the pizza, but we did see a few go by and that seems like the way to go if you decide to give this place a try. I would however avoid the pastas as they are not worth the money at all!

Towards the end of our meal, our server wasn't to be found, so we ended up waiting a long time for our bill. We were given some lame excuse about not being able to print out the bill unless it was their table that they were working with.

I also e-mailed the restaurant with my comments immediately after this experience, but I have not heard back from them and it's been almost two weeks now.
