Just awesome breakfasts. Anyone can throw out some eggs toast and hash browns but the cook there really pays attention to detail. My eggs always come perfect, the hash browns seem to be diced up and fried new potatoes that are always done just right with a few herbs and spices, quality of sausage and bacon is very high. Coffee is great and they are generous with the refills.
It's our new little place to hang out every Saturday morning to get stuffed with breakfasty goodness.
There is some GOOD pizza in the lower mainland. I have my fair fair of pizza and it is almost hard to find a place with bad pizza (except Dominos, bleh). Pizza Factory, Panago, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Me & Eds, little ma & pa shops, are all great. Papa Daves really blew me away though. It's a couple bucks more than your Pizza Factory, a couple bucks less than Pizza Hut, but the quality is just that good.
What really sold me was the next day I had a slice out of the fridge, tossed it in the toaster oven and thought it was still the best pizza I've had in a long long time. I just had a 3 day old slice now and it's still that good. Toppings, crust, service, a unique mild spicy tomato sauce, I will definitely make it my go-to place for a slice o pie in New West.
