Sura has been my favorite restaurant in Vancouver. They're also by far serve the most authentic Korean cuisine. You can tell they pick the only use the best ingredients. If dumplings in other Korean restaurants would come from frozen packages, in Sura they make it from scratch. The service is always excellent even if they’re full packed with customers. Upon oredering, everyone gets their own banchan and boricha.- a roasted barley tea - at no charge. Whether you've never had Korean food and want to start off on a high note, or you like Korean food and want the best of it in the area, you should check them out.
