This high price doesn't warrant such inappropriate and rude service

I am still fuming as I'm typing this.
On sep 9th, my girlfriend and I chose this supposedly highly rated and much anticipated restaurant for our girls night out. The food was okay, but the service was a different story. Our server was a middle aged Italian man with a very heavy accent. He did not understand what personal space was, and we found him very offensive and extremely inappropriate!

When I asked the difference between one particular appetizer special and another app in the main menu, he quickly slapped my menu shut (which was still in my hands) and said abruptly "NO!! they are different!" Of course I know they are different. I am not an idiot. I am merely asking about the difference, as the main ingredients are the same. We are two young looking girls, but we do not appreciate this kind of abrupt treatment. But I didn't want to argue with him as I didn't want to ruin the night.

I ordered for the both of us because we wanted to share everything. We have always done that at many high end restaurants with no problem. However, this server of ours replied "um...." with the longest pause, to which I replied, "what's wrong?" He said, "let me think." and then the longest and most uncomfortable pause. He said, "OH!!! you want to share EVERYTHING? Just like Chinese! You Chinese like put it in the middle of the table and share (with exaggerated hand gesture)...." and on and on. We were in shock! Yes we are Asian, but what makes him assume we are Chinese, and it's the tone that really put us off!! What an ignorant remark. The worst is yet to come.

In the middle of the service, he came to our table and said "Oh Louis Vuitton is soooo expensive!!!! What are they now? $2000 $3000? How much did you pay for yours???" I couldn't believe my ears! My friend has a Louis Vuitton bag, and he actually went as far as touching it! He then went on and on and said "oh I want to buy it for my wife but soooo expensive..." We just wanted him to shut up and let us be. It's just a bag. I wanted to complain to the manager and change table, but my friend didn't want the hassle. We decided to ignore him as much as possible to avoid any potential inappropriate comment. But that doesn't stop him from coming too close to our table a couple of times.

Service can really make or break an evening regardless of the food. The food doesn't come cheap. Sadly, this high price doesn't warrant this kind of unprofessional service at all. We could not enjoy our food, and the service left a bad taste in our mouth. This is one expensive meal yet with the worst and most uncomfortable service to date. We both regretted going there.
I am still in disbelief of what happened that evening. The server just didn't seem to have any savvy.

Never again - crappy food and value

I used to go to Anducci's by Lougheed, so this time I bought a LivingSocial coupon 50% off for 4, thinking that it's a good deal. It's supposed to be a three course meal, but more like a joke. The 4 of us shared one plate of ceasar salad for first course. The second course is sharing one plate of three small portions of pastas (yes 3 small portions, not even 4 even though there were 4 of us).

Even though it was advertised 50% off, the value is really what the coupon is (or even less). If they cannot pull off a discount, then they shouldn't. The service was REALLY slow. And the pasta wasn't very good. It was overcooked and sloppy. I have bought many restaurant coupons, and this is by far the worst. They gave you exactly what the coupon costs by giving you small portions and crappy food - tacky and misleading. I was so pissed and hungry throughout the meal, and will never go to Anducci's again.
