Worst service and experience I have ever had at a restaurant ever
Submitted Monday, February 14, 2011 - 3:39pm [Dine in]

My sister, her roommate, and I made a reservation for 9:30 at 5. We requested a booth. we arrived at 9:25 and were seated at 9:30. they didnt give us a booth which is no big deal. there were 4 open booths and one with a reserved sign. parties of 2 were getting seated in them. strange but didnt think much of it. we got the all you can eat deal and put our first order in. while waiting we had to ask 4 times for water before someone did more than look at us and walk away without saying anything. eventually we got a glass of water each. when our first order came we got less than half of what we ordered and the tempura what under cooked and the spring rolls were cold. after realizing that we werent getting anymore food from the first order despite ordering twice as much as was recieved, we put a second order in. we watched for 45 minutes while the tables around us were getting served repeatedly and putting in multiple orders and we got nothing. finally we got something. we had ordered 8 dishes. they only brought us jello. they also came to our table with the wrong food twice. we kept asking the manager if our food was coming and he ignored us every time. when we complained we were missing more than half our food they brought us one more of our dishes of the probably 12 that we were missing from the first and second order. when we went to pay we complained to the manager that we didnt get our moneys worth he just said it was busy and food gets forgotten. i also felt very sick after eating very little of their food and ended up puking after we left. my sister and her roommate did too. I dont know why we were singled out because everyone else was getting great service. i had never been here in my life and i have never felt discriminated against in my life until now.
