I stopped in at Maggie's for breakfast after hearing a lot of good things about it, and was very satisfied. One of the best omelets I have had in a long time. I'm going back very soon to try their soup and sandwiches. The customer has a choice of breads, veggies, cheeses and sauces for the sandwiches, with a lot of variety. Lots of variety on the menu as a whole.
The owner, who was also the server, was very attentive and genuine. I felt like I was a guest at his home.
Great value, especially considering all of the options that were available.
The ambience is nothing special, but it's clean and comfortable.
$5.99 plus tax for an egg salad sandwich? Wow!!! I've tried various sandwiches here over the past couple of years and although they taste great they are overpriced. To make it worth it you are best to order a sandwich and get everything put on it otherwise it's overpriced. That $5.99 I paid (other sandwiches cost more) did not include a beverage - that's just the sandwich.
It was good but not something I would spend my money on on a regular basis.
I eat at Maggie's quite regularly and love their soups and sandwiches - made fresh in front of you. The sandwiches are huge!!! They are always obliging and willing to go that extra mile to make your experience the best.
Be it a chicken salad or a Montreal smoked meat sandwich - I have never been disappointed.
