Cheap Breakfast

I went with my friend to have our breakfast, and we both ordered the same, eggs, toast, hashbrown and bacon with our coffee. The food was quick, had lots of taste and the service was friendly, helpful and attentive. We didn't even have to ask for refill for coffee's and its nice to see the server greet her regular customers by their name.

Value excellent, around $13.00 for the both of us, and my friend found another place to have breakfast.

Will be back again.

I went to this place a while back, but I forgot to review it. So here goes. The food is typical greasy spoon, and they have the expected all-day breakfast, burgers, and sandwiches. Last time I went with Mrs. C and she had a Reuben and I had a cheeseburger. Both were excellent and came with tasty fries. The coffee was pretty good too.

The ambiance is that of a run-down diner, but they keep it clean. The servers are friendly and they will recommend dishes if you need help. The best part of any meal here is when you get the bill. It is crazy cheap! Plus the food isn't bad.

Good wholesome greasy spoon diner fare.

Down to Earth & Simple / Love It

Wow, been to the Corner Cafe for breakfast and it was darn good, how-ever it was the decor, the ambiance that really got my attention. When i walked into this Cafe, well it is a true down to earth Cafe as you can get. I felt like i was back in the mid 1950's to early 1960's. It was like an old road side highway cafe you see in old movies and TV shows like The Old Twilight Zone in black & white of coarse. How-ever the Corner Cafe, in my opinion is a colorful , eatery that has that Grand old look about it. The only thing missing was an old Juke Box. Corner Cafe, I guess you have alway's been there where was i,,,, see you soon ! Allan Cassidy

I've been here many time over the years at the boss likes the price and he buys.
It's tired and dated and was used in a movie once but it's wall of fame of stars that have been there is dated and that might tell you something. I had a burger and fries ($5.50) little flavour unless you add HP sauce. The bun tasted at least a day old.
The fries are frozen but a clean flavour(no fishy taste nor old oil taste so they do keep it changed). The place is there to keep the local workers happy. Sure it could be better" but it is what it is" They have a breakfast special $5.50 for a good filling breakfast. Will I go back? Only when the boss is buying.
