I had heard and read good reviews on this restaurant. You cannot imagine how let down I was when I actually made it to this restaurant. I convinced my two friends that we should try this place as we all agree about frequenting business in New West as that is where we all live.
We walked in and sat down, the restaurant was quite cold and we asked that they close the window which they did.
My friends and I ordered our meals and then we had to wait a long time for our meals and yet two customers that came in at 10 minutes and 15 minutes after we did were served first hmmm strike one.
I was quite disappointed in the chile relleno as was my friend, it was okay but not out of this world. The coffee tasted like dishwater - I thought Mexicans liked strong coffee. The cost was exorbitant for what we received. We ordered dessert and the flan was incredible and so was the deep fried bananas.
We paid with our ATM and low and behold the next day I found out on my bank statement that the restaurant charges .25 processing fee.
When I asked the owner what he would reccommend he said "another restaurant" we should have listened.
My friends & I will not return, and neither will any of our friends.
