I love coming to Paramount because it reminds me of my father who used to love coming here. We would always go to share a chat over food, and since middle eastern was his favorite, we would come here.
I would not know what to call this place because it is not a diner but it is not so fancy either. Also the way in which you get your food is strange. I mean picture this: you come first and wait to be seated. Normal until now right ? But then you have to go and ask for your food at the counter ! So it is like fast food style. You get complimentary pita while you wait for your food which is nice. And dislike other places here they actually give you for large free stuff. My advice is to eat the pita with hummus. It becomes just yum.
Prices are kind of off because of the style of service (go and order yourself) but the food is good. The chicken shawarma is delicious ! For drinks get the juices for example the paramount special, they are quite fresh.
