its about time this town had a nice place to eat at. Its nice to have a good choice over freaking burgers, pizza or Chinese take out. Very good food, loved the people, great service and nice inside. The staff are lots of fun and we really enjoyed our time there. We'll definitely go back again. We are trying their take out tonight, which is a great option. Wish this town would support more new places like this instead of driving out to Langley or Abbotsford.

A Great Place to Eat & Hang Out! The Owners are Great Too!

The Azul Restaurant is a relatively new fine dining Restaurant along Fraser Hwy. It's located near the Langley/Aldergrove border. It's a cool hangout that's commonly found in Downtown Vancouver.

From crispy chicken wings to Moncton cake desert, the food selection is quite superb and tasty. Even the service is quite commendable with attentive staff. The owner is a well known fellow and a veteran restaurateur. Recent renovations has given the place a modern, but mellow feel, with dim lighting along with a nice looking bar. There's flat screen TV everywhere for optimum viewing of sporting events. Even a stage/lounge area give the customer a chance to enjoy live music during the week. Overall, the prices are very fair and well worth the quality food.

Overall, if you're in the Aldergrove/Langley area and looking for a place to eat or hangout, I would definitely reccomend Azul.

My wife and I first tried Azul's using a groupon ticket some time back. We quite enjoyed the meal at that time so in trying to decide where to go on a Friday night we decided we would try Azul's again. The décor was nice and the atmosphere was casual. Not too many people in attendance, although as the evening progressed the numbers increased. We chose to be seated at a booth, tables are available as well, and we were joined shortly thereafter by a very pleasant waitress.
We started with a pitcher of their house lager, not too bad. We then ordered a serving of calamari to share. I should have ordered one for each of us as I really didn't want to share it. The calamari was so very tender and tasteful, the best we have ever had. Next we tried their Caesar salad, it certainly was acceptable but lacking a little in the flavor department.
Now onto the main course, as we both enjoy seafood as well as pasta it turns out that we ordered the same dish, the Sea Food Trio Linguini. The meals arrived in short order and were piping hot. The rose sauce was delectable and the mussels, prawns and salmon were cooked to perfection as was the linguini. We ended the meal with the Azul's House Special coffee, a tasteful end to a wonderful meal.
We cannot say enough about the meal, we salute the cook. The menu pricing was in line, our service was very good, our waitress was there when she was needed and always with a smile.
Thank you to the staff of Azul's for making our choice for dinner an excellent one.

Great Birthday Night Out

We celebrated my Mother-in-law's 81st birthday with my Sister in law down from Malakwa. Mum had the ribs and loved them, couldn't finish them so brought some home for her son. Sister-in-law had the tiger prawns, again a big hit. I had the mussels and asked if they could be cooked without the asiago cheese which they did so the broth was just tomatoes and peppers, supremely delicious, my son mopped up the last of the broth with my left over garlic bread and couldn't believe how good it tasted. My husband had the special of the day and the appy that was on special as well and thoroughly enjoyed both. Our server was lovely and very informative about the wine, beer specials as well as the deals of the day, actually saved us some money. Will definitely be back for more.

This place has a nice cozy atmosphere. the booths are a little uncomfortable because they have such a straight back to them, but it didn't ruin our night :) the food took quite some time to come out but now we know why! it was absolutely delicious. One of us had the ranch chicken burger, and the other the 2 oz burger with mushrooms and cheese. Both were fantastic. The beef was a homemade patty, and the chicken was absolutely juicy and delicious.

We will definitely come back again! :)
