Terrible Experience

My friend and I entered this Subway around 10:30 on a Saturday evening. While we were deciding what to eat, my friend asked if there was anything she could substitute on the foot long subs as she cannot eat pork.Not only did the worker (younger male, unsure of name) not know what was actually pork, he simply said no and said the only thing that could substitute pepperoni was salami which is also pork.

We then ordered our food and when we told the server it would be separate, he got extremely flustered and showed it. He was rude, did not offer to give a receipt and obviously not listening. We then sat down and began to eat in the apparent"closed section". We did not realize this was the closed section as there was no sign and the only difference were some chairs were out of place. Instead of politely asking if we could sit somewhere else or asking if we could help him out by cleaning any mess we made, the worker rudely came over and said "You have to clean up anything you dropped because you sat in my closed section" and then angrily changed a garbage can and walked away.

The icing on the cake was when we were leaving (we did clean up the mess and put all the chairs back in the same position we started in) the incredibly rude employee began to trash talk us to another customer.

The service was extremely poor and not at all acceptable. I will not return to this Subway and I do not recommend it to anyone.The worst service I have gotten in a long time.

My wife and I were visiting the quinpool location for lunch at 3:20 pm the lot was empty . We went to the bank machine next door and had to wait for a cash machine. When we got back they booted our car and extorted $108.32 to get our car back, and we are customers of the subway.

I spoke to two managers. Both were uninterested in the fact we went for cash to buy lunch and wouldn't help us at all . We got well practised excuses. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever had. Avoid subway they are crooks.
