Good Late Night Snack

Came after a night of recreational badminton with 4 of my friends on a Friday night. It was around 10-10:30 ish and the restaurant was still full. We didn't wait for very long and was promptly seated at a booth. The server greeted us within 2 minutes and asked if we heard the specials and then asked if we were ready for our drink order. When our drinks came, we ordered our food, and the food got to our table in less than 10 minutes.
We ordered 1 lb of wings, a pasta, and the shared platter to try. For the 1 lb, we had the Canadian Maple Bourbon flavour and it was quite good. It smelled lightly of maple syrup and the wings were juicy. The pasta was a BYOP and we chose Fettucine Alfredo Prawn and it was surprisingly decent. The shared platter had more than 6 different things on it, and it was a good portion. The service was also very attentive, which surprised me because I have heard many bad reviews before. When the bill came, it was pretty legit for 5 people, no one paid more than $15. The only downside was the bathroom and its horrible smell. Overall the experience was pretty good. If you were disappointed in the past, you may want to try this place again!

Not bad food but terrible service.

Customer service non existent. Our experience started with the waiter dropping two pints of beer at the table that we flat, you could tell by the appearance before having to taste them. They should never have been served. We had to take them to the server to send them back because he vanished after setting them down.

After that it was a chore to try to get more drinks. We had 6 folks at the table and we all had to wait a very long time before seeing our waiter to get service. We tried to get the attention of another waiter and he seemed appalled at having to serve another table. The entire staff just seemed miserable and you could tell by how they were working. Had the fellow who was serving our table been doing his job he would have been very happy with the tip our group usually leaves but he was pretty much invisible all night so got less than 10%. He shouldn't have gotten any tip but I just can't do that so hopefully he got the message seeing the small tip.

Won't be back any time soon.
