Fun find in Chilliwack

We found this few months ago and have been 3 times. Once for break fast and twice for lunch. Breakfast was good with large portions. However, I remember it took forever to get it.

Lunch- get there early. Line up after about 11:40. We've had burgers, salads, and sandwiches. All good. The fries are crinkle fries and very well done when hot although premade. Salad dressing are homemade and really good, but I think the salads are a bit overpriced - mostly iceberg lettuce. Burgers good and the sandwiches are the best value with fries they're about $3 less than a salad.

I do like the selection of pies each time - quite a few. The pastry is not bad and the value is pretty good. However, honestly, I make much better fruit pies at home. But in the winter it is just fine.

Fun airport atmosphere when the small planes are ladnding. Good solid diner food.

I found this place because of my Uncle with his small plane, the place used to be called Pie in the Sky (I believe) and it's been a while for me last time I was there. Great Home-made Salad dressings, I had the Reuben Sandwich, it was good. Of course, you have to try the Home-made pies-- Delicious!! Must try place when in Chilliwack!!!

Hidden Gem Popular With Locals

If you are driving out in the valley, it is well worth it to stop into this gem. We are talking solid diner food and absolutely incredible slices of many different flavours of home made pie. Went for lunch on, and waiting in a moderate line up while tables were turned, had a very good sized lunch, and could not leave without trying some of their pies. There is a large selection of different baked treats to choose from, and if you order ahead even whole pies to take home. Incredible value, and worth the drive our of greater Vancouver.
