The downslide in quality and service I experienced in the North BBY location during the last 16 months is incredible. Their steaks went from absolutely excellent to horrific and the stupidity and audacity of some of the servers (not all... most were very, very good)was unreal. These future Faculty of Harvard nominees actually tried to rip me off on two occasions ..... and one was so blatant that I chose not to return for 6 months .... then it happened again. As much as i dine out I like to have a "brand" representation so I dont get poisoned, and thats why places like CC exist. But the lougheed location sucks, and these are the first signs of a business going out fast. Be careful as God only knows what their doing to the food to s-t-r-e-t-c-h the budget right now.
