I saw the write up in the Windsor Star and knew I had to check this place out!! I ordered the Vegetarian Delight Sandwich w/ Goat cheese topped with homemade garlic yogurt sauce, fresh cucumber, red onion, tomato & fresh living sunflower sprouts on whole wheat sprouted toasted bread, served with organic potato chips, carrots & celery w/ a nice dill dip.....it was really fresh, healthy & delicious, though a little messy to eat. I think the sandwich should be served wrapped in wax paper to avoid droppage, but anyway.... Service was quite slow (the waitress / owner introduced herself as the worst waitress ever, lol), but the place was packed (all 6 tables) with people waiting in line for a seat! I will definitely go back, but probably for take out! A little tight in there for me, and I don't have that much time for lunch on a work day!
