What a disaster this time !
Firstly ...went to this restaurant when it first opened ,every thing was good to very good , BUT today {jan27/12 for lunch} What a let down ..
Hmmm where to start? OK dried catsup on the wall next to me , waitress that was very disinterested in us ,She couldn't get off the phone to greet us or show us to a table , just waved in the general direction of a almost empty restaurant . Menus that were grubby and falling a part . Cutlery that was dirty and given to our waitress { never replaced it} . Waved to get attention 3 times , but she ignored us and continued to set tables for afternoon shift . Never saw her again !
Finally another gal turned up with a honking big cold sore and took our orders .. Waited 20 minutes for meals to come and then one was WRONG . Groan, I hate that . When waitress came to ask if we wanted dessert, {she never came to ask how the meals where} I said my ribs where very tough and could not eat them , She gave me 50% off my meal BIG DEAL, gave her 6% tip only {rounded up to $40 bucks } . I wasn't going to leave anything . Bathrooms dirty

The food was terrible! I ordered the turkey dinner - the vegetables were still cold, the turkey was rubbery, and the gravy was disgusting. We waited a really long time for our food even though the restaurant only had two other couples dining. Twice the waitress came to our table (to refill coffee cups) with someone's half eaten meal in her hand. We will never return to this restaurant - or probably any other Knight and Day!!
I expected a bit more of everything from this chain op.
Arlene, the server, did her job well....
BUT -
THE KITCHEN WAS SLOW in dishing up our Vittals.
I ordered "The Hulk" Hamburger and my wife ordered The Liver Dish.
There were three tables occupied and a serving staff of four. The two kitchen staff took TOO LONG to serve up the simple fare we required. Almost half an hour!
The price was OK at $30.24 for both....good value indeed.
But
I do not think we will be in a hurry to return.
I could BBQ a hamburger better than what I had the other day. To have a restaruant you need to stand out and this place did not stand out.. why eat out when you can cook better at home for cheaper?
The service was slow. VERY slow. I can't see this place staying in business for long.. too bad, its a good location but plain jane food.
