So my friends and were thinking of going to a restaurant and so we decided to try out Indian Kitchen and the restaurant looked very good and there was also music. The couple that own this place are very nice and friendly. The prices of the dishes aren't expensive. There are over 180 dishes to choose from. So when it was time to order, we ordered butter chicken, palak paneer, bombay aloo and puria and some garlic naan. Then we were waiting and it didn't take long for the food to come and the food isn't already made, so when you order then it's made so the fresh. The decor is great. Then when the food came we tried it and when we tried it we were all blown away on how good the food was. It was just outstanding and. Also my friends told me that this is the best food that they have ever eaten and I agreed. Then when we finished the food we paid the bills and the bills weren't really expensive. So I recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to have great food, great decor, great customer service, and great prices.
Just tried out Indian Kitchen for the first time. I was a little hesitant at first because of the lousy decor or should I say nil decor and the zero ambiance. But it turned out to have excellent food. We had the butter chicken, palak paneer, basmati rice, naan and a curried potato dish and it was delicious! My children (9 years and 6 years old) were still talking about how much they enjoyed it. I would definitely go back there for the food.
I am of South Indian descent and my boyfriend is Canadian, we have been to this restaurant for dinner a couple of times, and have always enjoyed the food. We especially love sitting outside during the spring/summer. The couple who owns the restaurant is friendly and provide great service. We have tried a number of their dishes including the chicken and seafood, and it has been nothing but a delicious experience.
Ive only been to 3 E. Indian restaurants, 2 in Vancouver, now this. We were looking to eat Fish & Chips @ Coney Island, this place had replaced them obviously, we thought hmmm, E. Indian is good so well try it. Anyways, the best Ive ever had! We ate samosa's for an appy, then Butter Chicken & Chicken Tikka for the main, absolutely amazing both of them, also the Naan is great as well, they have 20 something different kinds of Naan too - a full recommendation here for sure!
