Authentic Italian cuisine prepared by Chef Rudy Santos. The highlight of this restaurant is the authentic neopolitan pizza made with authentic ingredients such as imported Italian sausage and Mozzarella di Bufala. The decor is quaint and the service is acceptable, but the food is unrivalled by any Italian restaurant in this price range. Anyone can save a plane ticket to Italy and go to Escopazzo Trattoria instead for a true taste of Italy.
In my opinion, one of the best Italian restaurants in Vancouver. The pizza is to die for, and the Penne Pasticio and Lasagna, which has about 15-20 layers, are equally amazing. It's also one of those rare places where you can actually meet the chef and even have a chat with him, or watch him cook. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Italian food.
