Little cafe located in the heart of West Vancouver serving JJ Bean coffee, fresh home-made quiches, paninis, sandwiches, all-day breakfast, beverages, smoothies, burgers and more.
I thought I would stop in for a bite to eat, ordered their americano and egg & bacon sandwich for a late breakfast. My server was friendly and noticed their menu board and they seem to offer a variety of choices to eat, including burgers. Nice change from the old place.
My breakfast was good, and it hit the spot. I quite like their americano, nice taste, aroma and freshness was very enjoyable. It wasn't too busy for the middle of the week, and I will be back to explore their menu.
The place is under new ownership and it's definitely worse off than the previous owners.
The new owner/manager needs to learn to better delegate tasks and jobs because he is a basket-case. He is frazzled and stressed and his tension runs off on his customers. My father and I visit this location but will move elsewhere in search of a regular spot. Nice place, but it feels like it's a struggle under current regulations and care. Probably could use extra help...
Kitchen comes out with good food though, but they need to bake more daily muffins.
I visit this place around 4 times a week for their outstanding coffee using JJ Beans beans. But I also discovered their home made burgers and fries are outstanding. A friend also raves about thier breakfast and the muffins are pretty darn good as well. Sitting outside on a sunny day cant be beat in West Vancouver. I havent been back to Starbucks since.
