After I ate here I got food poisoning and so did my 2 daughters. I never ate their again. I am too afraid. I thought I was dying. I contacted a health inspector and they visited the place and talked to some servers and they admitted that seafood was left out a bit too long but was served anyways. This happened 7 years ago and I still will not return.

I think all Boston Pizza's are over rated. I have tried many dishes and the only thing I will ever eat is Pizza, they do make a great pizza as for the rest well I good make it better myself. I guess that is why they call it Boston Pizza, they should just make Pizza's. I honestly do not know why people think it is so good.

I was around when this restaurant started. In fact, we used to go here a lot. But, as they started getting more people, they became very bad. Before, there were hot sauces (i like spicy food), and i used to take 3-4 small packs. Now, they give u 1-2. Also, their food quality started degrading. Once, my friend had a hair in a plate, and the person working there took it out and was about to leave, when we had to ask for new food because no1 wants a hair in their food. We still go once in a while now and then. One of their worker doesnt understand english either, we tried to order 1 order of egg fried rice, and 1 order of just fried rice. She started saying S**t, and other things and she did not understand what we were trying to get for 3-4 mins, and became very frustrated and eventually called someone from the back.
Yersterday (april, 26th), me and my friend were there. We usually get just fried rice with nothing in it since i am vegeterian and there arent a lot of options. They usually charge us 5$ for it since there is nothing in it. They charged us 6.87$ yersterday so we were like, u usually charge 5$. Instead of being sorry, he is like oh, probably someone did it in mistake and lied to us that he was the one who charges us 5$ everytime we order it. He denied the fact that it is 5$ and made us pay 1.87$ extra for the same food.
All I can say is, I would never go to this people again, and make sure none of my friends go here either. They are bunch of liars, please dont go here so it can close down.

Everything was just awesome, very classy ambiance. food is great, never had a bad thing, their steak slad is outstanding, and their Duck is crispy and to die for. do not forget to take a look at their Dessert menu. best bouchon chocolate cake, and the cheese cake or the creme brule, i am sure that you will have hard time choosing.
it is a bit high end on the price side, but beleive me worth every penny :)

Food is just outstanding, prices are ok, and the one thing is that you have to wait, ... but beleive me it is worth the wait.
i also tried take out, you can call place an order and they are always on time whe you are here to pick up.

We ordered dinner including a vegetarian option for our daughter who does not eat meat. When my husband called to advise an item was missing from our delivery order (we used Grub Canada online), the woman (we suspect was the owner) advised my husband he was incorrect and then hung up on him.

Despite several call back attempts on our part, the line was not answered (they obviously were watching for our phone number). The food that did arrive was mediocre.

We wont be ordering from this restaurant again.
