Serving curries, egg noodle soup, shepta, thupka, momo and other Tibetan dishes made using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
On our way to sushi, we couldn't help but notice this "Tibetan Cafe" begging us hither, outside the ramp of the Broad and Broughton parkade. I had the Thupka (seasoned ground beef on egg noodle soup with greens) while my partner had vegetarian curry with brown rice, with flatbread and pakoras. His meal was fantastic. Although the portions would best be larger, the flavour was out of this world. Although way oversalted, my soup was delicious and was worth the heart palpitations that arrived later : ). Either way, this was a nice treat for a great price and we look forward to returning.
