We went to Sabhai Thai for dinner around the holidays and enjoyed our experience. They have an extensive menu with all the Thai favourites. One thing that was noticeably absent was a beef penang although they did have penang on the menu so I assume they would've substituted beef for chicken. In Thailand, it is generally served with beef and its one of my favourites.

Anyhow, we didn't order a penang but did get a red and green curry, mixed vegetables and a phad thai with prawns. All of the dishes were good with solid flavours. One thing I like about Sabhai Thai is that they have several Thai condiments including chilis in fish sauce, one of my favourites. Overall, the food was good and I would definitely return.

I've visited this restaurant countless times for various occasions. They are always able to accommodate any situation, from special variations of food for children, to large groups for birthdays and even the romantic date night for a couple. For the best experience, order many dishes to share and split the bill. Also, don't forget to order the "Golden Cups" appetizer you won't be disappointed.
