Pablo's Dining Lounge is located in a late 1800’s heritage house and showcases a menu of classical French cuisine with a sustainable regional ingredients. All of Pablo's offerings are made in house from scratch, no pre-bought sauces or mixes, breads are baked daily on premises with no preservatives and vegetables are chosen daily by our chef from local farms.
