I visited this location's drive through on my lunch break. The place was lined up and the service took so long I was almost late back to work. When I arrived back at work I went to get my burger and it was NOT in the bag!! (But there was a straw - even though I did not order a drink??) I went all day without food because after waiting in their line up I had no time left to go back and complain. I tried to phone the restaurant twice but the line was busy. I tried to call back 2 more times to explain what had happened and now...no answer. There was no receipt in the bag either - so I cannot even prove that I paid for a burger and did not receive it. Probably for the better anyways - I was at a low point and succumbed to the rare mcdonalds crave. :( NOT a good experience none the less. Jipped!! They STOLE my money!
This has to be the worst McDonald's in the Victoria area. They screw up almost every order that I get from them. Going back to fix an order that was not correct is hard with 4 kids and a huge waste of time. I dont know if it's a training issue with their staff or if they really don't care but the service is LOUSY and if you can avoid this location do so. I was double charged at my last visit to this location and after bringing back the printed bank statement 15 minutes later they refused to reimburse me for the double charge. They are AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
I usually drive out of my way to avoid this store as the get my order wrong 90% of the time and managers clearly don't care.
Made the mistake of going back again when I was in a hurry...the cashier made a mistake and canceeld the transaction in the middle...but it clearly went through as it said approved after I entered my PIN. Waited a LONG time for the manager to finally arrive...she totally blew me off and insisted I pay again and come back with my Visa statement if in fact I was double charged. WHAT???? Not my mistake so why am I inconvenienced.
I WAS double charged and have now wasted my time and gas going back 3 times, plus a phone call from the manager...but STILL have not received a refund. I have yet to hear the word "sorry" and have not been taken seriously or treated with the least bit of respect.
Run screaming from this store!!!!
