Kitty's is located in the Vacation Inn (used to be the Tally-Ho Motor Inn)
Walking into Kitty's is like going back to your mom & pop restaurant of the 1960's-1970's - from the old fashion and curious decor to the view overlooking the pool.
The food is cheap, good, and plentyful Service is quick and friendly. There are a number of regular customers who love the food staff and the prices.
For a casual, comfortable and filling breakfast or lunch this is the place to go in Victoria.

Good, Fast, Cheap... Pick any two.

I have been a regular @ Kitty's for years! Good, Cheap, Fast... Pick any two. Kitty's fits this saying to a tee.

Service is always friendly, and efficient. It sometimes takes time for the food to arrive, but it is always worth the wait. Quality food requires Quality ingredients, and Kitty's doesn't scrimp on their raw materials. Even the quality of their French Fries shows through... you taste the underlying Potato, rather than the grease it was cooked it.

I have eaten more that 150 meals at Kitty's, and I've never been disappointed. My coffee cup is kept full, and the staff takes the time to learn the names of their customers. (No small feat in a place as busy as Kitty's).

Portion sizes are excellent, and I've never left hungry. The staff have even taken the time to learn my favourite condiments, and they are frequently delivered to me, before they pour my first cup of coffee.

I'm a creature of habit, and typically always order the same thing at a restaurant I like, but with Kitty's varied menu, I experiment regularly, and try things I've never tried before. Again, I've never been disappointed with food quality or service.

Kitty's is just a good all-round Restaurant, and even after all the meals I've eaten here, I keep coming back. If it ain't broke - Don't fix it. I'm a loyal customer for a reason. I hope Kitty's stays around for many years to come. Good Food. Great Service. Highly recommended.

If you are a Breakfast fan: check out their "Truckers Special". It is reasonably priced, and cooked to order.

There is little chance you could find a place as bad as this. I can't believe that visiting this beautiful city i could stumble across such god awful gastronomy as this - This is not edible food - horrendous quality. Some one should should call the food inspector and have it shut down.

Absolutely Horrible

I am a regular at the Pub upstairs, that relies upon Kitty's to supply the food. Today I went for lunch and order the Rueben Sandwich with Fries. While I was waiting another patron commented to the poor waitress on how the table next to him ordered 10 minutes after him, and they got there lunch first. The poor lady in the Lounge had to repeatedly come to the intercom and ask where the 2-2-2 breakfast was, that her table ordered 45 minutes prior. When the cold breakfast finally came, she had to embarrassingly intercom Kitty's yet again and ask for syrup and butter for the pancakes.

My food arrived, actually in good time for once, but the quality was less than magnificent. The bread was soggy, the corned beef was fatty, and the fries were cold. The waitress/bartender that served me flat out told me that the reason they have no lunch crowd is because the food is so inconsistent and slopped out, that nobody wants to eat there.

The food downstairs at Kitty's is always magnificent, but that said, what kind of culinary business doesn't offer there distributors the same quality that they themselves serve?
