I am a regular at Bon Sushi and have been for sometime. i have tolerated the service for the past few months and have restricted myself to only pick up orders but now they have hit rock bottom and i will not be coming back. For my birthday i decided to take my friends to bon sushi for dinner... we waited 15 minutes for service at our table and we were the only ones in the restaurant other than a couple with their baby. After finally getting menus and water the waitress took our orders and left. When we received our food the waitress knocked over my previously poured soy sauce all over my brand new coach bag i had received for my birthday. The waitress didnt clean up the mess or say sorry for spilling all over my bag... which she clearly saw. Tonight; two months later after this incident, i went again with different people, despite what previously happened on my birthday i agreed to go. I got the same service in the dead restaurant as last time and there was 4 servers on shift that night. I had to go and get my own water from their serving station because they were no where in sight and we had waited 20 minutes. When we received our food finally we were given no plates and had to get them ourselves and at the end of the night we had to grab our own receipts because the waitress left before we had even took our card out of the chip machine. ( i would understand this if it was busy... but we were the one of two tables in the restaurant at the time.) I did not get a sorry for either of these experiences... i really hope someone does something about this. The dates were January 29th and March 11th 2013. I really hope nobody experiences the same that i had too.
