Slick, comfortable, clean and feel-good. Nice staff that work well together as a team.

Menu has great variety without being weird. Lots of nice vegetarian and gluten free items. Obviously they went to a great deal of effort to use locally produced products. I support that as do many.

I had the first burger on the menu. A good-old cheddar cheese burger (top quality natural beef, 5 year aged cheddar, nice whole grain bun) with a generous side salad topped with blue cheese, apples, almond pralines and honey vinaigrette dressing. No strange seasonings, no additives. Real food that tasted delicious and left me feeling good all afternoon.

I was surprised how fast I got my food considering the restaurant is new and was packed with a steady stream of incoming people to replace everyone that was leaving; and considering the food is all hand-crafted (they even make their own ketchup and all other sauces/dips). The time on my parking meter receipt was 1:09, I had my food by 1:35. That's 24 minutes from my car to the bar to the burger in my face.

Important to remember: You need to allow busy restaurants reasonable time to prepare hand made foods which are cooked to order (especially when the restaurant is full and/or everyone arrives at the same time). 20 minutes is not an unreasonable length of time to wait; burger patties need a minimum of 10-15 minutes on a grill. If that is too long for you, mediocre restaurants that pre-cook their patties may be more appropriate.

Regarding the prices..... they are comparable to "cookie-cutter" corporate chains..... but the quality is far superior. They also have many dine in specials every night after 9pm.

I had high hopes for this place, and my expectations were exceeded. I will return many times and work my way through the entire menu.
