Dishes to try: Orange Peel Beef (Spicy!); Hot and Sour Soup; Rice Roll with Dried Pork; Fried Bread; "Siu Loong Bau"; Pot Stickers; Fried Rice Cake with Cabbage and Pork; Wing Wah Chicken; Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup. This restaurant is a true Gem in the Mt. Pleasant area (a 3 minute walk from Kingsgate Mall). Helpful and efficient waiter and a half-decent selection of beers by the bottle. Value pricing.

Wing Wah is no more. It's now "King & I", and those fantastic dishes are gone from the menu. Some of the staff are the same, but it's clear the kitchen has changed completely. It used to be possible to get really excellent Szechuan food there at a bargain price for lunch, but no more.

The food rarely disappoints at this eatery and is a wonderful wonderful place to eat. The menu is very large for a restaurant this size in addition to their daily specials. Highly recommended; go with some friends, sit down, sip some tea, order, and just eat.
Best Hot and Sour soup in town along with all other Shanghai and Szechuan specialities. If you're having trouble finding parking, you can always sneak a spot at the Buy Low Foods parking lot across the street at Kingsgate mall. Just remember to lock up!
I am so jealous of the residents in the area because of this restaurant.
