Trafalgars Bistro is a neighbourhood bistro featuring a contemporary farm to table French menu that changes seasonally and is prepared using fresh and local ingredients.
We didn't know what to expect when we popped into Trafalgars Bistro, we didn't plan to eat there but decided to stop when driving by at dinner time. We were greeted at the door by a very courteous lady, and were given prompt, attentive, knowledgeable service. The menu wasn't very big, but I still had a hard time deciding. The bistro fries were fantastic, as were the braised shortribs. One word of advice - save room for dessert (actually two words: try the toffee cake!). I would call for a reservation next time so I could get a window table, as the tables are close together & it can get loud (very "bistro"). All in all, I would definitely recommend Trafalgars - enjoy!
