Tim Hortons was founded in 1964, by hockey legend Tim Horton and they’ve been serving Canadians fresh coffee and donuts for over 40 years. In addition to donuts and coffee, they also offer a variety of freshly made sandwiches and soups.
While Tim Hortons usually has consistent food quality the service and attitude in general at most of the locations I visit is very poor. The Burrard street location is the worst. A fast, dry and rude attitude and many errors (almost everytime). They do not seem to understand what clients are asking for and when there is a problem with an order they are not helpful and even rude. I think it's better to bring my business to the smaller owner type business location in the area such as on Robson street. Two thumbs down on this Tim Hortons location. Also the one at the Harbour center, same attitude, they really seem like they do not want to be there and have no idea or clue on how to listen to an order or treat their clients.
