Tim Hortons was founded in 1964, by hockey legend Tim Horton and they’ve been serving Canadians fresh coffee and donuts for over 40 years. In addition to donuts and coffee, they also offer a variety of freshly made sandwiches and soups.
Ordered a large sandwich. They didn't have a large bun, but as they cut it in half anyway, i figured they could make me 2 half-sandwiches.
For the same result, they wanted me to pay over $2 more, which is about 30% of the large sandwich price! And when i asked if they could check with the manager, he/she did not even bother showing up or try to make it up to me.
Seriously: is it my fault if you are out of large buns? Apparently at Tim Hortons, it means that they made enough money for the day and they don't care about the customers.
I know my comment is not really going to make a difference but they just lost a regular food customer...
