Take 5 probably has the best coffee I've tried downtown, better than Caffè Artigiano, and definitely better than what is served at Starbucks and Blenz. Their drinks are never bitter or burnt, and the strength is perfect for my tastes, although some might find them a bit milder.
Not only is the quality excellent, but it never varies as well. I've been there a number of times and I've never had a problem once with what was served.
In terms of price it is a bit pricey when thinking of beverages as a whole, but I don't have any complaints as it's basically the same as the other coffee shops in the area.
I haven't tried the sandwiches and other food items displayed yet however, so I can't comment on that. However, for coffee Take 5 is highly recommended.
