I came here a couple of times when it first opened back in 2013 and wasn't impressed, so I hadn't been in until now 2015, what a difference. Maybe when I first came it was a new restaurant and it could be they just needed to iron out kinks, or it could be new management. In any event it's so much better now. I've been back twice in one week. Each time I've attended the place is relatively full. Nice fresh sushi, great portions. I quite like the select three choices for $13 which includes miso soup. It's a tiny sushi shop. prefer this over the sushi restaurant on Main and 14/15th which is a rip off. While I had dinner, they had about five take out/pick up orders, too.

Was hoping for better food

It was our first time here a few weeks ago.
We had a bunch of hot food and sushi items.
They we're mediocre at best. The nigiris we ordered had badly cut fish ontop.
The takoyakis were soggy when they were suppose to be crispy.
The menu seems limited but the price was fairly standard compared to other places.
The place was pretty empty for a Friday evening for some reason. The server was very
unattentive, we had to ask for tea numerous times.
She was lounging around talking which I believe was Korean to the chef.
There was absolutely no service.
The room was ok since it just opened late last year.
Oh well, you win some you lose some I suppose.
I guess we lost tonight.
